Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at our Order Tracking page. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, your order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at support@printvoro.com with your order number if you need to make a change.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do? Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Can I return an item? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Installed fixtures are not eligible for return. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My item is missing parts. What should I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what was received. Once confirmed, we will send the missing parts or provide a suitable resolution.
Do your fixtures come with a warranty? Yes. All Printvoro faucet bodies and finishes carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number and photos of the defect.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs by region.
