Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or high-volume promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, or local public holidays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. Printvoro has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If an order is refused at customs and returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

You can track your order anytime at Order Tracking or directly through the carrier's portal.


Large & Heavy Items

Some products — including sinks, shower systems, and larger fixtures — may require special packaging or freight carrier handling. These items may take additional time to prepare and deliver beyond standard estimates.

Please inspect large or fragile items carefully upon arrival and retain all original packaging until you have confirmed the product is complete and undamaged.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


Non-Serviceable Areas

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If your address falls into these categories, please contact us before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@printvoro.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Printvoro is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or front desk
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate delivery information
  3. Wait 3 business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely

If your package is still not located after 3 business days, contact us at support@printvoro.com and we will assist you.


Damaged Items During Shipping

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@printvoro.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. After that window, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase.
